Trailer Hire

The Rotary Club of Modbury Golden Grove is pleased to offer its mobile BBQ trailer for hire to the community.

This form is for booking and hiring the club’s BBQ Trailer. The hire fee is $250 per day with a $100 bond. Payment must be made before the day of hire, and the bond will be refunded within 5 business days after inspection and when hire conditions have been met. An invoice for the hire payment will be sent to your nominated contact person when your booking is confirmed.

Hire fees

The hire fee for the trailer only is $250 per day (24 hour) period. For all Hire Periods exceeding 24 hours, Rotary MGG may negotiate a smaller daily fee, but is not guaranteed.

If the hirer requires cooking assistance from Rotary MGG then any, and all fees and donations will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty and Liability

The Hirer warrants to Rotary MGG that the Hirer: a) hold a valid C class driver's licence; b) will tow the trailer with a suitable towing vehicle that is covered by a comprehensive insurance policy; c) will retain possession and control of the trailer for the entirety of the Hire Period; and d) accepts the Trailer on an 'as is where is' basis and acknowledges that Rotary MGG has made no representation or warranty in relation to the conditon of the Trailer or its fitness for any particular purpose.

The Hirer agrees to return the Trailer to MGG Rotary at the conclusion of the Hire Period in a substantially similar condition to that which the Trailer was in at the commencement of the Hire Period, save for reasonable wear and tear.

The Hirer accepts full responsibility for and indemnifies MGG Rotary against any damage to the Trailer howsoever caused during the Hire Period. The Hirer agrees to reimburse Rotary for the full cost of repairing any damage to the Trailer howsoever caused during the Hire Period without set-off, deduction or counterclaim.

Acceptance

I, the above named, acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this BBQ Trailer Hire Agreement.

What happens next?

Upon receipt of this form, we will confirm the availability of the trailer for the date and time requested, and issue an invoice for payment comprising of $250 hire fee + $100 bond which will be refunded within 5 business days after inspection and when hire conditions have been met.

Changes to the date and time of this agreement can be altered in writing to info@rotarymgg.org.au
